How our service works
We are headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, and work with several hundred testing sites across the world. Most of the testing facilities are accredited according to ISO 17025, and tests according to any relevant testing standard class (ASTM, DIN, EN, ISO, TAPPI, etc.) are available. Many of the testing sites also operate in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
We currently have three sample shipping hubs, where you can send your samples:

By operating through a limited number of sample reception locations, we aim to make sample shipping straightforward to our customers whose samples might be tested in several testing facilities - you only need to send samples to one place, and we distribute the samples to the specialized testing laboratories, where the testing takes place. Once all the tests have been performed, we report all the results to you in a clear format. All your testing results will be available on our customer portal.
